Compliance Visits
Exero Claims conducts compliance and home verification visits throughout the Czech Republic for insurers, TPAs, self-insured organizations and public-sector organizations.

A compliance visit provides an independent record of an in-person field check connected to a claim, absence or benefits matter.
Home Verification Visits
An investigator can attend the reported residence to verify information relevant to the authorized assignment.
A visit may include:
- Confirmation of presence
- Identity verification
- Client-specific questions
- Information relevant to the client's compliance process
- Basic investigator observations
- Photographs where required and appropriate
- Other authorized verification
Client Questionnaires
Compliance visits can incorporate questions supplied or approved by the client.
This allows the visit to address information required for a particular claim, benefits program or absence process.
Information Obtained During the Visit
Reports distinguish between:
- Information provided by the subject
- Information provided by another person
- Investigator observations
This distinction should remain clear in both the investigation process and the final report.
If the Subject Declines
A subject may decline to answer questions or participate in the visit.
Where this occurs, the investigator documents the contact and the response.
A refusal is reported factually and is not automatically characterized by Exero Claims as non-compliance.
If Nobody Is Home
If contact cannot be made at the residence, the investigator documents the unsuccessful visit.
An unsuccessful visit does not by itself establish non-compliance.
Additional visits can be conducted when instructed by the client.
Photographs
Where required and appropriate to the assignment, photographs can be obtained as part of the visit and included with the report.
Individual and Program Assignments
Compliance visits can be instructed individually or as part of an ongoing program.
Recurring field verification may be appropriate for insurers, self-insured employers, public-sector organizations and other organizations managing multiple claims or absence matters.
Reporting
The client receives a written report documenting the visit, contact made, relevant responses, investigator observations and supporting information obtained during the authorized assignment.
The instructing client determines what action, if any, should be taken based on the findings.
Data Protection and Privacy
Compliance visits are conducted for an identified purpose and with regard to applicable Czech and EU privacy and data protection requirements.
Assign a Compliance Visit
Submit the subject information, reported residence, purpose of the visit and any client-specific questions through the Exero Claims Assignment Portal.
