OSINT & SOCMINT Investigations
Exero Claims conducts open-source intelligence and social media intelligence research in support of insurance claims investigations.

Online content is considered in context. A post, photograph or profile does not by itself establish the relevance, accuracy or significance of the information presented.
Claims Applications
OSINT and SOCMINT may support investigations involving:
- Personal injury
- Workplace injury
- Disability and benefits
- Motor and liability claims
- Property claims
- Possible misrepresentation
The research objective should remain connected to the issues relevant to the claim.
Preserving Relevant Information
Online information can change or disappear.
Where relevant information is identified during an authorized investigation, it can be documented for reporting purposes.
The source and time of the research should be identified where appropriate.
Access Limitations
Exero Claims does not use unauthorized access to private accounts, restricted systems or information that is not lawfully accessible.

Reports distinguish information identified online from investigator observations, witness information and other research.
Privacy and Data Protection
Online research is conducted for an identified investigative purpose and with regard to applicable Czech and EU privacy and data protection requirements.
Public availability alone does not determine whether information should be collected or reported. Information should remain relevant to the authorized purpose of the investigation.
