Benefits Verification
Verification services can support income replacement, employee benefits and other continuing benefits matters where independent information or field investigation is required.

The instructing organization determines qualification for or continuation of benefits.
Activity Verification
Where authorized, surveillance can document publicly observable activity relevant to the investigation.
Observed activity is reported factually.
Investigators do not determine whether an activity is medically appropriate or inconsistent with a medical condition.
Home Visits
An in-person visit can be conducted to verify residence, make contact with the subject and address questions authorized by the client.
Information provided during the visit is distinguished from investigator observations.
Background and Online Research
Background, public-record and open-source research may provide additional information relevant to the claim.
Ongoing Claims
Longer-term disability or benefits matters may require investigation at different stages of the claim.
Additional assignments can be conducted according to the client's instructions as new questions arise.
Reporting
Reports identify the work performed and distinguish investigator observations, information provided by the subject or third parties and research findings.
Exero Claims reports the information developed.
The client and its appropriate medical, claims or legal professionals determine disability status, eligibility, restrictions and benefits decisions.
International Claims
International insurers and benefits providers can instruct Exero Claims when a claimant or insured person requires local verification in the Czech Republic.
Data Protection and Privacy
Investigations are conducted for an identified purpose and with regard to applicable Czech and EU privacy and data protection requirements.
