Assignments are coordinated from Prague and can be conducted in other regions according to the requirements of the claim.

International insurers, TPAs and claims professionals can instruct Exero Claims directly when a claim requires investigation in the Czech Republic.
When an investigation extends beyond the Czech Republic, appropriate cross-border support can be coordinated where required.
Reporting
Clients receive written reports describing the investigative work performed and the information developed.
Reports distinguish investigator observations from witness statements, third-party information and research findings. Photographs, video and other supporting material are included when obtained during the authorized investigation.
Investigation reports and supporting documentation are prepared to support insurance claims, civil proceedings and related litigation where appropriate. The admissibility and evidentiary weight of particular evidence are determined by the applicable court or authority.

Investigations are conducted with regard to applicable Czech and EU privacy and data protection requirements, including the GDPR and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.
