Exero Claims provides field compliance and verification services throughout the Czech Republic for insurers, TPAs, self-insured organizations and public-sector organizations.
These services support sick leave, disability, workplace injury, benefits and other continuing claims where an in-person visit or independent field verification is required.

The purpose and scope of each assignment are based on the client's instructions.
Compliance Visits
An investigator can attend the reported residence or other authorized location to conduct an in-person verification.
The visit may include confirmation of presence, identity, basic observations, client-supplied questions and other information relevant to the authorized assignment.
Photographs may be obtained where required and appropriate.
If the subject is not contacted, the unsuccessful visit is documented.
An unsuccessful visit does not by itself establish non-compliance.
Sick Leave Compliance
Sick leave assignments can provide an independent record of a visit during an employee's reported period of absence.
Where relevant to the assignment, the investigator can document information concerning permitted periods away from the residence and other authorized facts.
The instructing client determines the significance of the information developed.
Disability and Benefits Verification
Field verification can support disability, income replacement and other continuing benefits claims.
Assignments may include home visits, residence verification, activity verification, surveillance, background research or other authorized enquiries.
Investigators do not determine medical restrictions, disability status or benefit eligibility.
Alive & Well Visits
Alive & Well visits can provide in-person confirmation of an insured, claimant or beneficiary and basic information concerning current circumstances.
Workplace Injury
Compliance and field verification can also support workplace injury and occupational claims.
Client-Specific Instructions
Compliance assignments can be conducted according to client-specific visit instructions and questionnaires.
The investigator records the information requested within the authorized scope of the assignment.
Reporting
Reports distinguish:
- Information provided by the subject
- Information provided by a third party
- Investigator observations
Where photographs or other supporting material are obtained as part of the authorized assignment, they can be included with the report.
The client determines the significance of the findings in relation to the claim, absence or benefits matter.
Individual and Ongoing Programs
Exero Claims can conduct individual compliance assignments or support organizations requiring recurring field visits.
This can include insurers, self-insured organizations and public-sector organizations managing multiple claims or absence matters.
Data Protection and Privacy
Compliance investigations are conducted for an identified purpose and with regard to applicable Czech and EU privacy and data protection requirements.
